Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from France. We process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Carriers We ship via Mondial Relay and Colissimo (La Poste France) depending on destination and parcel size. Mondial Relay is available for France and most EU countries via pickup points. Colissimo is used for home delivery and international orders outside the EU.

Estimated delivery times

• France: 3–5 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• UK and rest of world: 7–14 business days

Please note Dispatch may be delayed during holiday periods or when we are away sourcing in Japan. We will communicate any delays via email.

For fragile or oversized items, shipping costs may vary. You will be notified before dispatch if additional charges apply.
